My PT spotted my lifts, grabbed the bar at first sign of struggle instead of waiting for commands... shits me.....

If you are pushing gour max every session rather than focusing on the 60-80% range you will loose strength. You need to maintain volume

Argh . Thats what put me off yesterday, after that i lost focus for the rest of my sets :L

I thought i was increasing my volume slightly when i was doing 72.5 but i was probably just being heavily spotted everytime.
