Milk!

I drink about 1ltr of skim milk a day. Force of habit really since I mix my WPC in it and always just dodged fats wherever I could. I like the taste so will probably just stick with the skim.

While we're on the topic of dairy, does the same go for cottage cheese? Full fat or low fat? What about regular cheese? In or out?

I've got a 500ml tub of full fat cottage cheese in the fridge at work with me today for my afternoon snack as well as my two meat and veg lunches.
