No, I just eat regular meals. If you find it hard to eat your regular meals due to work commitments etc, then I guess it's better than missing a meal altogether.
Everyone will always prefer a full meal but as Shrek said some food is better than none at all. Stick to a shake you can make at home if possible and bring in with you.
As gareer said, try and make them yourself.
Oats, milk, fruit (banana, mixed berries etc), honey, whey protein and blend them for a minute or so, quick and tasty!
