Meal plan

Hi all

Just need some constructive criticism on my current eating.
Its no way near perfect, mostly because I just don't have time with work etc. to perfect it. In saying that, I think i have come up with a quite a healthy and nutritious meal plan.
I don't make my own food since I'm in the army, so we eat in the mess where the cooks prepare our food which, might I add, isn't great most of the time..

Wake up (07:00): Whey Protein, Optimen Multi

Breakfast (07:30): Yakult, Weetbixm, Fish oil tab

Brunch (10:00): Chicken in a can, Up 'n' Go

Lunch (12:30): Meat/Fish, Rice, Veggies, Fish Oil tab

Snack (14:30): Wholemeal bread with peanut butter, Banana, Optimen Mutli

Pre-Workout (17:30): Mesomorph

Post-Workout (19:30): Whey Protein

Dinner (21:00): Meat/Fish, Rice, Veggies, Fish Oil tab

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

-Dave

Amounts and Macronutrient (protein, carb and fat) breakdown would be quite helpful.

On first look, you fats may possible be insufficient. But again hard to know without the macrornutrient breakdown.

Any particular reason for eating 7 times?

I'd sort your macros out, Then work out what to eat based of those figures.

You can say you have sorted a healthy meal plan, But based off what?
