Here's my official before and after. My weight didn't change much at all. Just a 2.2kg drop, where half would have been water weight in the last week from dropping carbs. It shows what a shave and tan can do lol.

Thanks. That reminds me, I need to sign up to vote for you on the Maxines's thingy. I've already voted for "Jess" :p

Thanks man. My plan was to prove that you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time if you can dial in your caloric intake and macros. I think I've managed to do this to an extent.

I'm going to have to study your cal intake and macro protocol a bit closerer. I didn't think your goal was possible either, nor being able to look substantially bigger even after dropping them kg's off. Awesome work bud, I got me some learning to do. :)

To be honest, it's just trial and error. I'm certainly no fitness expert. I just try to avoid being one of those narrow minded kunce that tells everyone to eat ice cream and BCAAs are the devil. You just need to try things out on your own. It's one reason why I gained 10kgs to just lose it again, to see how my body reacted.

I still laugh at the people who tell me everything I'm doing is wrong, yet have nothing to back up their claims or examples of what they preach.

I think the biggest factor in my overall diet is getting as close to your caloric goal as possible. It's easy to have a snack here or there, or have a larger serving of something and write it off. You just need to account for any extra calories and dial them out somewhere else.

Just saw this when I was checking the Top 50.

Under further investigation I found this:

MAX'S Muscle-Up Community Prizes - Aminoactive Australia will be giving away a selection of Gift Packs with a retail value of approx. $250rrp each, to Challenge participants selected by our judging panel to have completed a great transformation but not made our top ten, whom the judging panel feel have provided an extraordinarily positive and supportive contribution to the online Challenge community. Selection of and all winners of this prize will be at the sole discretion of the judging panel.

Not bad. A $250 prize is better than making Top 50. I guess taking shots at some of the coaches spitting out pseudoscience paid off lol.
