Hi guys just after some help
Last june i started bulking come dec i went from 78kg @11%BF
to 87kg @15.5%BF Im 27 and 178cm tall
Now i had a base meal plan of 5 meals and if i felt hungry i just ate what ever i seen in front of me.
Now im trying to be 85kg @10-12%BF
I have yogut with my breaky but it just a ski tube . What yogut should i have or is that fine ?
What a good snacks to have during the day ? Nut and some other suggestion would be great?

Breaky is cereal,fruit,yogut,shake
smoko meat and salad
lunch meat and rice
pre meal is just a shake with full cream milk
post meal is dinner meat n veg

I do weight 4 times a week n cardio Wed n sport on sat
