Macros in meats

Hey guys

Just thought I would post up a thread to get everyone posting there meat macros...

I know this sounds retarded but I can't find 2 sites that are both similar in macros for a damn chicken breast the differences are pretty big between the main calorie counting sites. I am assuming its the confusion of not knowing whether the weights are raw or cooked.

I am sure there are some calorie counting freaks here so if you could post up the RAW weights of the meats you guys eat just to give me a rough idea as I am sure it will help me and others reading...

Thanks

WOuld this help you out at all? Based on USDA stats, but is fairly accurate I believe:

Depends on whether or not the chicken worked out much.
If he did then he will be muscular and hence 40g per 100g.
If he was a lazy %&*$# and sat down all day on his ass then he would be a little fat %&*$# and hence <20g per 100g.
Hope this helps.

If you have a quick look through calorie king and such, you will find that per 100g of cooked chicken breast or steak there will be more protein than per 100g of raw chicken breast or steak.

Per 100g of grilled chicken breast or steak there is 25-30gms of protein.

Not sure if it will really make a big difference anyhow.

Are there any company's that make there chickens do squats and presses? They would be extra lean and 100grams of protein per 110grams...

Might just stick to the averages then.
