Little help/options/etc

Hey i thought i may be in a similar position, it seems stress/depression can affect you but you do not realise it. I certainly did not. Mine was a mild case i beleive, simply moving house/working full time/my own business and getting married.

After the weight was off my shoulders, house settled, wedding done i feel great. Also the sun shining helps.

I normally eat mostly protein during the work days, but found having some carbs (potato) helps with energy in the gym.

I did the whole endo/numerous blood tests, in the end i discovered I am in the lower end of the scale but seems to be normal.

TRT is not something you want!

Get some rest, have a holiday and make sure you're pumping your woman whatever! It helps you feel good
