Lee Priest Discusses Over Training in Bodybuilding

We ask Lee how long he usually takes for a leg workout. His workout length contradicts a lot of the current training advices.
Lee addresses these concerns about over training in bodybuilding.
 
He has some very valid points. Problem is there are few people who can devote 2 hours in their day to training.
