Info Video: What is The Kettlebell Pentathlon?

All exercises are a single timed set of 6 minutes. Kettlebell is not put down till the end of the time limit. If you put down the bell, that's the end of the set.

Rest of 5 minutes or less between exercises.

You can use a different size kettlebell for each exercise.

Exercises:
One Arm Clean (20 reps per minute)

One Arm Long Cycle Press (10 reps per minute)

One Arm Jerk (20 reps per minute)

One Arm Half-Snatch (18 reps per minute)

One Arm Push Press (20 reps per minute)

Scoring

Each kettlebell has a quotient score which you multiple with your total number of lifts to get a final score. All 5 sets are added together for your final score. Here are the quotients:

8kg: 1
12kg: 1.5
16kg: 2
20kg: 2.5
24kg: 3
28kg: 3.5
32kg: 4
36kg: 4.5
40kg: 5
44kg: 5.5
48kg: 6

I got a score of 1042; I'm sure some of you fit folk can beat this :p
 
That looks interesting! Still recovering shoulder for me so limited pressing ability but I'll keep it in mind for when im recovered.
