Just Train article

Posted this in someones training log and generated a bit of interest from members. Anyone who reads Wendlers site will probably have already read it.

Thought it may have some relevance given all the debate lately about train like a bb vs train like a powerlifter. There is some classic lines in there.

Maybe one of the mods can remove the off-topic posts from Boxing23's log to this thread please?

That's the point of the whole of the article find what works for you and stick to it.

What strikes me on most Internet forums is that we always seem choose a program to follow from the very best at their very peak.

Never any consideration to start where they did, but rather where they ended up after years of foundational work along with trial and error.

You've got to pay your dues.

I like Wendler's no bullshit approach
Paul Carter is awesome as well and I always listen to his "Chaos and Bang" podcast with Jamie Lewis who is also awesome

Nothing rustles my jimmies more than people who say "you must do X program at your training level"

That article should be compulsory reading for every 17 year old, 50kg expert on the web. Now we just have to get they to admit that they are actually 17 and 50kg.
