JTS released their weightlifting manual because they like people being strong.
You have to give them your email address (same as a few sites) but as far as I know once you get it you can unsubscribe if you wish, or you can keep getting some good articles written by people who know their shit.
The Juggernaut Weightlifting Manual will not only help you learn how to better execute the snatch and clean and jerk, but will also give you programming tips from some of the best in the game.
]For those of you that don't know; JTS is a website run by some very strong people:
- Brandon Lilly - 2530 total in Multi-Ply, 2204 raw
- Colin Burns - Burns won the USA Weightlifting National Championship in the Snatch as well as the Bronze Medal at the Pan-American Championships in the same lift as an 85kg lifter in 2013. One year Prior in 2012 he placed 5th at USA Weightlifting Nationals in the total and 3rd in the Snatch.
- Caitlyn Trout - Caitlyn’s squat *of 370 and * overall total of 92*0 are the World Records in the * 123 weight class raw w/ wraps.
- Reid Worthington - Reid found CrossFit in August 2012 and finished 20th in the ultra-competitive SoCal Regionals in 2013.
