jetts gym guide help

I've been going to a 24hour Jetts gym in SA for about 3 months and haven't noticed any change at all.

My eating is fine but im slack on my work outs.. i just go and do what ever
I need help with set days on what to do etc..
I go 4 - 5 days a week at about 10:30 - midnight.

Could some one help me please.

im 19
about 183cm
71kg

want to bulk+build muscle
 
so your saying do

Squat 3 x 10
Bench press 3 x 8
Bent row 3 x 8
Military press 3 x 8
SLDL 3 x 8
BB curl 3 x 8

Over my 4 - 5 days?

What should i be doing on each day then?

and by 3x10 does that mean 3 sets of 10kg?

should i up it ?

you do that every time you walk in the gym. Nexf, after 3-6 months you look in the mirror, look at the weight on the bar and marvel at your new found awesomeness.
 
Did you not read it?
It says do this 3 times per week. have at least one day off inbetween sessions.

You need to actually READ the link Shrek posted for you
3x10 etc. means 3 sets of ten reps per set
