it is Sunday. Tell us your Victory this week.

Well done jmc123 ; and gmmm1985 ; good efforts all round. Shrek ; on the other hand, I lose more weight than that when I have a shit!

No major victories going on here, didn't die from rumoured 'suss PWO's' so I guess that's something?

Took two women to a novice meet. Megan went 77.5/45/100 for a 222.5kg total, and Finona 82.5/47.5/100 for 230kg. A few months' training.

The guy I taught to squat and deadlift took I think 5 women and 1 guy today, too.

Deadlifted and back felt better than ever. *touch wood*
Had some delicious meals this week flexible dieting style. Maintained weight at 3000 avg. cals per day and waist measurement down .5cm.
Had a couple of drinks and didn't eat everything in sight LOL.

Got home after a 2week work tip, spent some time with wife and kids pested me all night and this morning before heading back to work, waiting for my next work trip away already, hahaha
