My eyes have been open to acouple of things this weekend which has given me a renewed focus and motivation....
 
Finally got a solid weeks training in.
The last few weeks have been a bit hectic since the arrival of bub.
But was a good week. Have a set up at home now and it's the first time ever training at home.

But think I need to get some carboard cut outs of people in hoodies and on their mobile phones to get the correct atmosphere.
 
Decided I need to stop being a Scrooge and see some of the world. Checking airfares just tells me I need to do more research and need wife to see if she gets holidays outside of school holidays.

Need to decide on sun or snow.
 
Hit macros, lost 500g average weight as planned.
Deadlifted and didn't fark myself up
successfully didn't use my right shoulder (rehab)
