OK... after 17 years out of the gym, I am back in.

Competed and won a few comps in the mid 90's.

Supps and stuff was different then... so I am kinda confused.

Have talked to many a person re what I need now and they I have come up with this:

Train hard... diet well and....

Neogenics Supremecy stacked with Neogenics Thermojet

Questions...

When to take each... (Morning, Arvo, Pre workout...etc....)

I started the Thermojet yesterday.... and I am jumping out of my skin... will this subside....? (think Peter Griffin on Red Bull)

I am 100kg, 177cm, a bit overweight but still retain some bulk and shapefrom the good ole days...

Looking forward to some advice

Cheers

What are they exactly and who told you that these were needed?

I'm assuming ones a pre workout and the other is creatine if some sort?

Thermo Jet is a preworkout... DMAA, Caffiene being the usual suspects...

This should be taken 20minutes preworkout...

The other thing to know is that DMAA is in the final stages of being banned for sale in Australia...
