Is benching necessary for a Bodybuilding routine?

My bodybuilding routine:

Monday: Bench Press 6x10, Barbell Curls 6x10
Tuesday: Bench Press 6x10, Barbell Curls 6x10
Wednesday: Bench Press 6x10, Barbell Curls 6x10
Thursday: Bench Press 6x10, Barbell Curls 6x10
Friday: Bench Press 6x10, Barbell Curls 6x10
Saturday: Bench Press 6x10, Barbell Curls 6x10
Sunday: Abs

This is exactly how to train as a bodybuilder. No other exercises are beneficial. No variations are allowed, because this program was written this way for a reason, so don't fck with it, or it won't work. In fact, nothing else can work. After three weeks on this program, you should be able to bench about 350, at which point you will look exactly like Arnold Schwarzzennegger. Take a deload week, eating nothing but raw Cell Tech. Then repeat the program for another cycle, and you will look exactly like Ronnie Coleman. To tone, instead of 6x10 do 3x20.

What if I want to look like Nasser
Should I just swap the curls and bench around? So I will do 6x10 curls and 6x10 bench instead?

Barbell bench press ld say no.... l think dumbbell is a better option in the long term
