If you could go back in time

Find a poorly run gym in a good spot and buy it in about 2000.
Invent bodybuilding forums so that young suckers don't have to work it all out for themselves.
Buy Apple shares.
Don't let your training coast for 10 years. Put pressure on to improve quicker between 93 and 03.
Keep a log but I know you won't so don't bother, just train hard and eat hard.
 
I would eat more shit food while younger and can get away with it. Then when I start to fatten up switch to IIFYM.

What Brick said. Be less fussy with roots when younger. Any root you knock back is one you regret.

Ignore shit you read about overtraining and train harder.

Learn about squats and deads when younger but read less about lifting and every fuckers supposed expert advise and just lift. Probably just find an oly coach when younger and train that.

Never hear about westside. To be honest ignore most powerlifting advise.

Train strongman stuff because its fun.
