On friday i went to the gym to up my deadlift pb which was 190kg. I had only planned on hitting 195kg but i ended up doing a 210kg deadlift RAW. Im so proud of myself and now im looking at getting it to 220kg and getting my squat and bench up to the same standard.

My deadlift routine for the day:

After warming up: 5x120, 5x130, 3x140, 2x160, 1x175, 1x185, 1x195, 1x205, 1x210 and i tried 1x215 but i only got it to my knees.
As you can see i smashed my pb 3 times that day :)

I also got my mate to film the 210kg but the vido quality is shit and im rounding my back more than i thought i was, something else to work on.
