Hi folks,

Wondering what your thoughts are on the whole hydrolyzed vs wpi proteins. Is it horses for courses? Some say hydrolyzed better for post work out because it is more quickly absorbed BUT do the muscles really need protein that much more quickly pwo than your stock std slower wpi. I've see loads of ppl get great results from not only eating real food together with wpi supplementation but not sure if the whole hydrolyzed thing is just marketing hype or the real deal.

Your thoughts? Interested in those ausbbers who have tried both over a period of time and can attest to results or lack thereof.

Cheers

Kev

yeah dude, not worth the coin.

I use WPI because I'm lactose intolerant, if I wasn't I'd be using WPC.

I like adding it to my WPI along with some casein
It's not any more expensive than any other protein lol
