How to Do Curls in a Squat Rack

At my gym we only have two olympic bars. And one day, there were two guys, each using one of the bars, for... wait for it... FRONT BARBELL RAISES. One guy was just using the bar, the other guy had a 1.25kg plate on each side.

And I needed to do deadlifts.

I should add that we have weighted barbells up to 35kgs (or maybe 40kgs, not sure, I don't use them).

I really had to bite my tongue and be polite.

we should be allowed to punch people in the face for curling in the "SQUAT" rack

"Make sure that both sides of the bar have equal amounts of weight".

Just added that to my exercise technique checklist. I never stop learning on Ausbb.

Both Rippetoe and Pavel tsat. recommend curling in the squat rack

I do it, but mainly because I'm the only person that uses the rack in my gym. I normally drag a dumbbell bench into there as well so I never need to leave the rack from the moment I enter the gym to when I leave
