how much water do you drink?

I take a 2 litre bottle of water with me to work each day and refill it by the end of the day. With milk included i'm going to guess on a rest day 3-4 litres and a training day 4-5 litres. I think i'm becoming addicted to water! I get headaches on the days i don't drink enough and avoid coffee and alcohol (which is a big effort for a 21 year old) which would explain why theres always room for more water

i tend to go through 4 Mt.Frankin bottles... thats 2.4L and on top of that 2 protein shakes with milk so i'd say around 3.5L

Milk or protein shakes are not water.
In full training I only consume 3 litres maximum.I donot see the need for more unless it's a very hot day and I'm sweating more than usual.
When not training it tends to be around 1.5 to 2litres.
