How much sleep do you get on average and how do you think it has impacted on you're gains in strength or mass?

aim for 8 hours or more, but in reality with uni and work and trying to have a social life, rarely get that much, got uni holidays in a week though, 3 months of nothing but sleeping, eating and lifting planned!

I live on 5-6 hours a night. Maybe once a fortnight ill sleep 8-10. Those with young kids will understand! Haha
I don't think it's affected my training.

Interesting feedback so far, more "6-7 hour" bracket than I expected.

6-7hrs if I'm lucky its not broken. It has effected my immune system in the past more that anything. Still getting stronger so I guess that's what its about.
