3g max. More than that is a waste and extra work for your kidneys.

With that amount, you can take mono with no bloating or other issues. And pay less than the other fraudulent varieties as well.

Didn't 0ni use to take quite a lot per day for a 'study' than would just post random photos of him pumped up and flexing proclaiming that it was from the creatine gainz even though there was no other test subject or anything? KFG isn't the sharpest tool in the shed but he does remember that.

Know of a dude with a "Professional Trainer" who is advised to take 20grams per day (not just loading). Is this the new standard dose or something?

I've got 1.5 kilograms of it that I haven't touched .............. running off to get some now.

Only around 5g (teaspoon). Some of the serving suggestions on packs recommend up to 15g. I usually mix 5g of creatine with 5g of BCAAs as a pre workout. Mainly to hide the horrible taste of BCAAs. 5g of creatine isn't something you'll feel, but if you're feeling flat it will perk you back up.

1 teaspoon so around 3-5g.

didn't think it did anything, but noticed that when I don't take it, it's hard to keep my training at the same intensity. not a massive difference, but at least I can see something unlike with most supplements I've tried.
