How do you measure?

Just wondering how you measure arm length and all that. Is arm length from finger tip to finger tip across your chest with your arms out as far as they can go?

Also bicep/tricep size? Is it just the biggest part of your arm while flexing or not flexing (while pumped or not pumped)?

I got some measurements, my height is 6"2 (190cm) my arm length (if its finger tip to finger tip is 191cm. My weight is 80kg. Arm size at bicep while flexing (not pumped after a workout) is 15" (38cm).

Is the way I measured right? And does that sound like the right proportions?

Sounds right to me.

Your armspan to height ratio sounds about right.
Mines bad, 183cm tall with 195cm armspan, long arms are hard to build up.
Too much playing on the monkey bars when I was young.

Biceps size for your weight and height sound right.

You just need to mass up a bit to fill out some more.

I take my measurements during the post work out pump. My chest gets up to 109cms. My arms are 35cm relaxed and 40.5 flexed.
Im not sure if this is considered a cheat measurement.... :p
