my brother owns a Hog's Breath restaurant in Sydney and some woman ordered a blue steak without knowing what it meant and then complained !

it was all sorted once brother explained what it meant

I grew up having well done steaks because that's how my Dad always had his.
It wasn't until I was about 24 when I realized how much better a medium steak tasted.
My wife was the same when I met her. She liked her meat well done
I have now changed her so she likes the taste of a bit of pink meat
