How do one arm dumbbell rows compare to bent rows?

Do they work the same muscles?

Are they as effective?
 
Both are effective. I beleive with the one armers you have greater ROM and you cab rest your knee on a bench thus taking out the lower back. Use both.
 
If you're not really feeling your back work in bent rows or you still haven't learnt how to pull using your back then try one arm rows. Otherwise the two are basically the same in the types of muscles they work, i.e. they're both horizontal pulls
 
Yeah think ill stick to one arm rows. I have issues in activateing muscles I just suck at it basically.
