Home gym Q: Torsinator

G'Day all,

Just a neewb question, I've done a search on the forum and there is one mention on it but no disscussion..

Does anyone have/have used a torsinator (single or double) and do you reccomend it? I like the idea of it and the vids on the Ironedge make it look pretty good useful...

Going to set up a decent home gym at my new place, its got a three bay shed and one bay is going to be dedicated to fitness. I've enjoyed reading all the info and disscussion on here about different set ups already; think I'm going a MM commercial rack with a bench and weights/BB etc, make my own flooring. I'm also very keen to get into ketterbells.

Probably should point out my main goal is to build functional strength for rugby and keep leaning up for life in general.

Cheers in advance,
Rastis.
