his nrl career, and you can see why his there...
I thought overall though the number 2, the bloke that took jennings spot was on fire and deserved man of the match lol.

Please do join us; I would love to learn something from you. And as far as being a novice, well we were all novices once. No one is ever born knowing... no wait wait a second. There are some who come across like they have been born with all the knowledge in the world and cannot be told. We have one single word to describe these types of human beings: arrogant!

When you train alone sometimes it is hard to get help, guidance, inspirtation and motivation which is where the Ausbb forums and the Ausbb Training Diaries will help you with finding others with similar stats and allow you to interact with each other.

- Training experience - trained for 12 months a couple of years ago and did reasonably well. Getting back on the muscle train ...

- Goals - I've got a short and stocky build so I'd like to slim down a little and build up some strength. I've got knee and ankle issues
on my left side that I'm hoping weights will help with.
