Apparently it's a good one for people who struggle to feel the contraction in their chest when doing other forms of presses.
 
I tried these myself yesterday, I can really feel it my chest after doing standard bench. only managed to squeeze out 9 reps with 16kg db's
 
Nothing magical.

It's an exercise in it own right, like me, just another tool.

It can really help you “get in touch” with our pecs and you must keep squeezing the dumbbells together during the whole movement.

Keep your chest high as well.

Focus on squeezing and feeling the full contraction of your pecs.

Give it a crack, is all.
