help with dbol training program please.

ok fair call iv taken ur advice, can sumone give me a training program?maxbrennner urs a big fella?help me out???i do not want to do dbol if it is not going to help me size n bulk wise?obviously u know what i mean!!!i squat 60 cos iv only done legs for 3months and i did not use to do legs but i know how valuable they are..

hey i only squated 60kg today u say a dickie knee im still getting over a full knee reco an i felt i could squat more ive only been lifting for 6 months
 
Bodybuilders do not need to squat 200 to have big legs.
Try squatting 150 for 12 reps and see how big your legs will get
 
I did a dbol only cycle for my first cycle a few yrs ago cos I was stupid desperate for quick results and uneducated, wen I finished I crashed hard... Depression for 3 weeks and couldnt get a hard on for 3 weeks too. I tryed doin filthy shit to the girl I was seein and downloaded filthy porn and tried to beat up a hardon but nothin worked. I was begining to get real worried when one morning I woke up with a woody I was so happy! It was a lesson learned. I strongly advise agenst it, it was the stupidest thing iv ever done to my body.
