Hey guys, you've helped me a lot over the last week or so, and i thought i'd come back for some more advice.

Basically what i want is to get defined abs, they are already pretty good now, but i just need to get that small layer of fat off it. I know its basically your diet, but are there any specific exercises that i can do to make them bigger/harder so to speak?

this picture was taken about 2 weeks ago.

Screw those things!

My abs really started to grow outwards when I was squatting heavy (for me) 2 - 3 times a week. I was not even doing any ab work at all and they were starting to come out more.

I can'tr help but think of the "Do I have potential thread" about this thread. :D I don't know why.

10 crunches followed by 10 pushups.
Repeat up to 10 times (build up to 10 sets) with no rest in between.
Burn baby burn!
