Hi folks,

Genics here from Scotland. Been a member on muscletalk.co.uk for about 10 years, but its about time i found a new forum in my own time zone!

Been in aus about 1 year which has also coincided with a year lay off from the iron. Been back training a couple of months, a long way to get back to where i was! 6'3 100kg at the moment and not in the best of shape.

Trained on and off for 10years, mainly bodybuilding but in last couple of years been more into strength/powerlifting.

Cheers!
