headache pain during squats

I wish i could push 20 reps on a heavy squat...dont have the endurance atm.

I just pop the weight up and rep down

You can do it.
You need to do it

Use a weight that you would normally use for ten and do twenty.
do once a week...
If you can only say do...13 for example that's fine, your goal for next week is 14 and so-on.
