Anyone that regulars bodybuilding shows will know the woman in the latest video to be uploaded - Terri Freeman.

She is inspirational to mothers all over and just mind boggling that she is just 3 years off the age of 50 in this clip.

Trained by Perry Venakis, they go through different foot placements on the leg press sled to target different parts of the quad as well as a few other exercises like the lat pull down and different grips.

The latest video is now up featuring 2-time Mr Australia and current reining champ - Rohan Reid.

Rohan trains legs. It starts off a little slow as most leg workouts would go when you spend the first few minutes warming up the joints but once he gets going he is pretty instructional including a few Charles Glass tips passed on to him personally by the great man.

Luke goes through 6 exercises and 6 rotations.

The last two rotations (5 and 6) are Luke's working sets. We have sped up rotations 1 through to 4 for your convenience.

This clip is sure to bring out Luke's funny and easy going side where most mistakenly take him for the mean, bad big guy.
