Hamstring strength

Can anyone offer a suggestion of how to measure hamstring strength to quad strength ratio?

I have noticed that my hammys look a lot smaller than my quads which lead me to the assumption that this may be what is limiting my strenght gains on my sumo squat. If so would it be wise to add some extra hamstring exercises to my sheiko #30 routine?

Any suggestions on what exercises would help?

thanks

You hamstring to quad strength ratio should be the same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.

Seriously, post a video of your squats or deadlifts and we will be able to see how much hamstring you are using and if you're overcompensating in your quads. Size doesn't necessarily = strength. Of course your quads will appear bigger than your hamstrings, they're a bigger muscle group.

Exercises like GHR, RDLs, UDLs, deadlifts and squats will all strengthen your hamstrings.

Hope that helps!

You should already be doing good mornings 3x a week
Seems like plenty of hamstring work to me

Good old oni, you are a pillar of wisdom mate. I'd like to see you jump on some test, tren, and dbol, force feed yourself with bulk food and see where you're lifts are at after 6 months.
