I was wondering what people Protein + Creatine combination people would go for if they had previously been using straight iso 100 WPI post workout shakes and XlEVOL (evo labs) creatine as a pre workout drink.

I am seriously confused because i have never had to "bulk" before due to weight constraingts in my sport but now i have decided to put on some serious weight for my power training over this summer.

So if anyone knows a good quality bulking protein to be used with a good creatine for going from ~78 kilos to my goal of ~83 kilos please share your knowledge because i am pretty lost.

P.S. ive already added a few extra kilos of just eating for a solid month so im ready to hit the heavier weights very soon.

Just eat good food and lots of it. Protein for bulking is often full of fillers and heaps of sugar. You can do it better with whole foods and it will be cheaper and better for you.

gday ruggada. i use optimum nutrition pro complex lean gainer. as well as eating heaps. i have already put on 2 kilos. mind you as josh said you can get this from food as long as you eat well and lots of it. meat chicken fish veg and fruit. and dairy. but the optimum nutrition pro complex is a great start
