Going from novice (little lifting experience) to competiting in Bodybuilding comp?

That's a fairly broad question.

You have to train until you think you have sufficient development, then you prepare for a comp and then you enter. It's not as difficult as people make out but it takes a while.

If your only new to it but still want to enter a comp a good way to get a comp prep coach, personally I would do it face to face with some pt sessions as well so you use it a big learning experience to take into further comps..

You'll need to have semi decent development and learn to pose. I know a lot of guys who are under developed who still compete. The experience is great. Have a crack!

Just check out a few shows decide what federation and notice the novice blokes. If u think u can hold ur own on stage go for it. Even if u can't but still wanna compete find urself a coach or someone with experience and get some help because ur goal is to get as lean as possible without loss of muscle and only the right food and supps will work. You can run for 4 hours a day and get the low body fat % but if u have to hold onto as much muscle as possible
