Getting back into it after a break

Can somebody please suggest a good powerlifting routine to start after a break of about two months? I have been doing 1 to 2 sessions a week over the last few weeks but my shoulder is giving me a bit of trouble. I have lost a bit of strength since I was doing a sheiko routine.

same program as before, Just less weight i assume

that works for me, about 2 or 3 weeks and i find i am back to were i was before stopping
