list pre-workout supplements that DO NOT CONTAIN CAFFEINE here:

- universal animal pump (anyone tried this?)

I make my own with no caffeine.

Arginine,
Citrulline,
Creatine,
EAA's
Leucine
B.A (although not sold on it yet)
Cheap and effective all bought in bulk.

^^^ by far the best way.
alot of the time pre workout supps do not contain adequate levels needed for optimal performance..

remember if you think you need a stimulant pre work out then your diet/sleep is out of wack and needs to be looked at.. adding caffeine to your cns at extreme times of physical /emotional stress is a disaster waiting to happen.

Hey well if you guys think thats a good pre/wo can you let me know how much to use of each per serve ill buy each ingredient from bulk nutrition and use that. Would that mix be ok to use 5-6 Days a week and can it have any harmful effects or its all natural and good for me.
