Feeling like shit every morning help?

When your alarm goes off do you get out of bed or stay in bed? I find even hitting snooze once will make me fill like shit in the morning. Also if you wake up within a hour of your alarm naturally I find it better to get out of bed instead of going back to sleep for the hour or less. Nothing beats waking up naturally IMO.

Also do you have any digestive problems? How many times do you pass stools each day? if youre going several times a day and/or if its runny or really soft this could be an indication of digestive problems. I have stomach problems and if im not careful with what I eat I can end up feeling like shit if my stomach flares up.
 
How much direct sunlight do you get every day? if you dont get atleast 45 mins of direct light on your body you will wake up every morning feeling very slugish and run down.
