Feel like I've reached a plateau - require knowledge! Or have I?

ok, training programs of mediocre people count.

I thought everyone only wanted to know how champions train.

Fact of the matter is - if you can not stimulate growth in 40,45,50 mins then you are honestly not training hard enough, or are doing the wrong things, not performing the exercise correctly.

Yes. I would like to see exactly what that person has done within that time (almost an hour damnit!) to not have stimulated the muscles they are training. It would have to be one of them Curves classes or something.

There's a point of dismissing returns. 60-80 is the sweet spot for me. Once my workout goes over that I get not only physically fatigued but also mentally fatigued..

With More Time, You Can Stimulate More Muscles, But You Can Not Stimulate The Muscle More.

I've Written About This Back In 2009..., Once A Muscle Is Stimulated, It Can Not Be MORE stimulated. Remember That Time You Achieved A Great Pump,..Then Decided To Continue On,..Only To Lose The pump, Or Not Get A Greater Pump Then You've Already Achieved!

Yeah at 90 I clearly hit a physical and mental wall. I can keep on going but no longer seems productive. And the gym bunnies have all left by then because I had been staring at them too much to boost my test.
