Estimated 1rm formula

Any suggestions on a good (accurate) 1rm formulas? Its nearly two months since I started training and I am going to test my 1rm's every two months. Unfortunately didn't do it at the start so will have to use an estimate.

My formula works best. Its keep adding weight to the bar doing 1 rep untill you feel that you might miss the next one or you miss it. You have around 5 min between reps. The formula is 1rm = 100% of max effort

I use (weight x reps / 30)+weight

Works fairly well, but depends on the training you've doing.

Beat me to it lol

Some people may have their own formula but there is no one size fits all
