I just start bodybuilding but I feel exhausted during the exercise, please suggest me
some energy drinks for the exercise that can help me for the strength and maintain the energy level.

I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for about 6 months, so I usually do training on a empty stomach, 18 hours fasting, and the intensity is real high and impressive. I didn't think it would be when I first tried, but I got hooked after the first week.

The need for carbs or any other energy before workout seems more as a psychological thing to me...

So if you haven't tried it, perhaps give it a go ? I must admin that I too was very negative towards it at first, but I was indeed surprised..

Also, I'm a big fan of energydrinks with high Taurine levels. The taste is absolutely amazing :)
