Eggs

Swap out 1 yolk for 20ml of thickened cream for scrambled eggs, similar calories/macros but it makes eating it soooooooo much easier.

My main eggs recipes are simple.

12 boiled eggs. Then eat with a bit of sauce.

12 scrambled eggs then eat. Sometimes I add veggies and some mozzarella.

Scrambled eggs, Swap out the bit of milk you pour in and instead add a dip of some sort.

French onion is real good

Sprinkle with dried bacon chips

Eggs.
Spinach.
Tomato salsa.
Scramble it all, or make an omelette.

Excellent.

Add choice of spices. I usually go with paprika. Lots of paprika.

Tim.

That's what I meant really, the smoky paprika
Paprika, cayenne and cinnamon are probably my favourite spices

I like omellette I dice into a containrr. 1x red and green capcicum. 1 carrot. Ripe up baby spinach. In a separate container i slice up red onion.

Baby spinachm huck it into frypan and make an omellete. When its akmsot done add the red onion. I add this almost at the end to not cook the onion anymore!

Instead of just chilli powder though, I split it evenly between chilli, cayenne and cajun.

3570kcal and 310g protein. Maybe 10g of carbs from the onion

Baked eggs ...

you can add whatever veggies you like to this dish (spinach, zucchini, eggplant, potato, capsicum, whatever)

you can add chorizo, other sausage, bacon, salmon, tuna, anything ...

all the possibilities.

Do you have many paleo / low carb type recipes? By that I mean link me to the tastiest. I generally eat turkey, chicken wings, eggs and ground beef

I don't follow a recipe as I just make them with whatever i have in the fridge

but some good recipes here:

Portuguese Baked Eggs - Bon Appétit

Spicy tomato baked eggs | BBC Good Food

Baked eggs with tomato and chorizo Recipe - Spanish | Good Food

Spanish Baked Eggs with Chorizo | The Health Emporium, Bondi Road Sydney

Shakshuka | David Lebovitz

Shakshuka with Feta - Recipes - The New York Times

Enough to get you going. Like I said, you can sub veg and meats as you wish.

Probably would not use ground beef for this, nicer to use the chorizo, sausage or even salmon/tuna etc, or prawns!

I mean in general- not just eggs
Don't you have a blog with loads of recipes? I don't want to go through and look for the paleo ones lol. Turkey mince is great for sausage so maybe I could do that. Shakshuka looks awesome for when I'm not counting carbs that much for sure.

I do have a blog but it's dedicated to sweet stuff.
So not much in the way of savoury dishes on there.

But I do have a few paleo friendly recipes on there (or easily adapted).

it's here: Chocolate Chilli Mango

i sometimes post recipes on the FB page too:
https://www.facebook.com/ChocolateChilliMango

for low carb/paleo recipes, I'd recommend these as good sources for recipes:
