I don't mean for this to be a "what is strong" type of discussion, I'm more curious about people's mindsets, particularly those who have made great progress.
 
Compared to the average gym rat yes, compared to my peers of similar height / weight / training time not at all. Have spent too much time cutting from epic bulks instead of just maintaining weight and gaining strength, it will be different this year!
