Disorientation after workout.

I've just completed a high intense workout (Bas Rutten All Round Workout) and have been doing these for months now but after todays workout it feels like the floor beneath me is moving. Kind of like that feeling when you get off an elevator.
I'm not faint, I'm not dizzy, I feel ok but when I get up to walk my sense of balance isn't quite right. I though maybe having too little to eat prior so I scoffed down some carbs and a nice big salad.

Never felt this before.

Yeah I get like that if I train fasted, that's why I don't do that anymore. Get more food in before your workout and keep hydrated!

Pffft. I get that every time I deadlift.

It maybe a blood pressure issue. Get it checked at a chemist at some stage.

Yeah I find it is a mix of preworkouts. Long or heavy taxing sessions and mainly a fasted state. I honestly love the feeling

I used to feel like someone popped me in the face when deadlifting heavy.

As above and eat and drink
