did back and chest - sore

Did back and chest yesterday. Fcuk me feel like I just started training newbie. Sore all over. I usually don't do them together but just gave this a try. Damn its different.

I don't. I apparently don't have the Asian aptitude for benching, according to my coach. :(

Besides, don't you compensate for that with your celltech? :D
 
U know as well as I if an Asian squats what u squat his not a
Normal asian. Lol. Bench yes we do better which proves your a freak!! Everytime I read your log I faint hahaha

Yeah mate. Did the same thing yesterday after not lifting for a couple of weeks. Sore as. I agree that it feels like newbie pain all over again
 
I can never get sore doing back

DOMS in the back hasnt been as severe for me as other body parts, but deadlifting has made me walk around like a rigid mummy a few times. Definitely deadlifting gives me the most severe DOMS of all back exercises.
