Clarke was a true champ and going out now before it's too late.
The last century in honour of Phil Hughes will be remembered. His outstanding year of double and triple hundreds was simply sublime. A great attacking captain, good for the game.

Agreed, he was great for Aussie cricket and a world class batsman, sorry to see him go..

They aren't going to drop Clarke (The current Aussie Captain) for the last Ashes he is going to be playing in, especially when the series is already lost.
 
Hopefully Watson goes as he should have long ago.....but I think you are right about not a great deal of depth there in state cricket.

Yeh. Too little too late. The pressure is off and all of a sudden we look like world beaters. Where was this form in the other games?? Maybe Siddle should've been picked two tests ago? Maybe.

Siddle is a gun at line and length, something we've sorely missed this series.
