Yeah I posted that. I like his idea

lol sorry I think my wording was bad, I was agreeing with you. What I was trying to say was that your body naturally produces n.o to help you, but in regards to increasing it's production those "n.o supps are a scam"
 
Yes I have. lol I actually bought the stuff. it lasts ages by the way. I just like his idea of including things like electrolytes and anti-oxidants, whenever I play sport I'll make a drink up like that, goes down great :)
